President
With over 17 years in the field of Mechanical Contracting, Jody has worked with various industry leaders, as well as led and managed operations in 18 states.
Jody received his education at Nicholls State University School of Business, and served his country in the United States Army where he was honorably discharged. Jody has proudly been part of the Comfort Systems USA family since 2005.

Wayne Rachlen
Chief Financial Officer
Wayne S Rachlen, Chief Financial Officer, joined the Company in April, 2007.
Prior to joining the Company, Wayne has lead finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, integration, and change management departments of specialty contractors, construction, and service organizations.
Mr. Rachlen is a Certified Public Accountant, received a MBA from Bentley University, and a BS – Business Administration from Salem State University.

Jonathan Hale
Vice President of Construction - Multifamily Division
Mr. Hale is a Vice President for Comfort Systems USA (South Central). The diversity of Mr. Hale’s experience includes working in engineering consulting, design consulting, mechanical plan development, job cost analysis, cooling and heating load analysis, duct and piping layout, and system equipment selection. Mr. Hale has over 12 years of experience in the area of design engineering. Mr. Hale has worked with various types of facilities including: multifamily residential, assisted living, student housing, hotel, commercial office buildings, retail, and industrial.
He graduated from Louisiana State University in 2002 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. His engineering background and construction experience have positioned him to excel in the Mechanical industry for Comfort Systems USA.

Chivas Julian
Vice President of Construction - Commercial Division
Chivas R. Julian serves as a Vice President of Construction for Comfort Systems USA (South Central). Prior to Comfort Systems USA (South Central), he served as Senior Project Manager for EXCEL Companies in Louisiana and the United States Virgin Islands where his responsibilities included not only management of large industrial projects, but also construction process development, strategic business goal development, and management training. From 1995-2000 he served as a Production Chemical Engineer for LaRoche Industries and Halocarbon Products.
He graduated from Louisiana State University in 1995 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. His engineering background and construction experience have positioned him to excel in the Mechanical industry for Comfort Systems USA.

Tommy Davis
Vice President of Preconstruction
Mr. Tommy Davis has served as Vice President of Preconstruction for Comfort Systems (South Central) for the last 6 years. He has 30 years experience in all phases of the HVAC and Plumbing industry; including sales, estimating, project management and design. Mr. Davis is currently a LEED AP, licensed Master Plumber in the State of Texas with Medical Gas and Water Supply Protection Specialist Endorsements, and Master Plumber in the State of Louisiana. Mr. Davis has experience in many types of industrial and commercial construction HVAC, process piping and plumbing projects ranging from K-12 schools, to high rise buildings, major sporting venues, and industrial plants.
