Addresses infrastructure needs while implementing energy efficiency measures

HOUSTON, Texas – March 15, 2011 – Comfort Systems USA (South Central), a wholly owned subsidiary of Comfort Systems USA (NYSE: FIX), the nation’s premier provider of mechanical systems installation and services, has been awarded a major upgrade project for the Houston Racquet Club. The Houston Racquet Club’s primary goal was to address critical infrastructure needs while implementing energy efficiency measures that provide return on investment. The 31-acre club turned to Comfort Systems USA (South Central) to identify and address energy efficiency and deferred maintenance opportunities at their 10709 Memorial Drive location. By choosing Comfort Systems USA (South Central), Houston Racquet Club has access to Comfort Systems USA Energy Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Comfort Systems USA.

The Comfort Systems USA team performed an audit and recommended an energy efficiency plan that would allow Houston Racquet Club to reduce operating expenses, improve maintenance practices, and increase equipment longevity. This energy efficiency plan includes: HVAC upgrades, improved indoor air quality, lighting system modifications, improved energy efficiency control strategies and addressing deferred maintenance needs for plumbing and electrical equipment.
