Humble High School
General Contractor - Vaughn Construction
Humble High School was an aging, two-story building in need of remodeling and expansion. It had an antiquated two-pipe air-conditioning system that required an immediate upgrade in advance of renovations and additions to the buildings.
The new four-pipe HVAC system eliminated the need for manual switching from cooling to heating. This allowed for better indoor air quality and more energy efficiency. Comfort Systems USA (South Central) responded promptly to deteriorating conditions when existing areas were opened for remodel. On-site supervision was required for material and equipment handling, scheduling and field labor to ensure free access to in-use areas and maintain comfort conditioning.
