Champion Forest Baptist Church wanted to remodel and expand their campus. The expansion was to include new student education buildings, administrative buildings and the remodeling of existing buildings. Champion needed their air conditioning system expanded and upgraded in conjunction with its new additions.
Comfort Systems USA (South Central) expanded the existing chilled water HVAC system with new ductwork, piping, chillers and controls. Comfort teamed up with Champion Forest and Tellepsen to create a schedule that would accommodate the customer, completing all phases without disruption of services, classes and daily operations.
Comfort Systems USA (South Central)'s quality workmanship allowed Champion Forestís business to run smoothly without interruption and the project was completed under budget and on schedule.

CITY OF HOUSTON PUBLIC WORKS
Comfort Systems USA (South Central) removed the existing air-handling units and provided 57 brand new units for the building. Maintenance cost for the building was reduced by 25%.
